Elegie is a new edition of a 1949 design by Ignazio Gardella, one of the first realisations to anticipate modularity. Black epoxy-enamel steel uprights with holes every 40 mm and a steel base with wall fixings, movable shelf holders and shelves in two depths (the 460 mm version can serve as a desk, TV stand or hi-fi shelf), lacquered or veneered, with optional containers and a ladder. Larger compositions are built by placing modules side by side. Priced per composition shown in the drawings; the shelf width can be reduced on request.
