Velvet: Rim: finely polished bisque porcelain. Inner mirror: glazed porcelain with freely modelled wall. The hand-modelled curve of the coupe plate with its wide rim in dazzling white looks like a flower opening.

Blue Silent: Rim: finely ground bisque porcelain. Inner mirror: blue glazed porcelain with freely modelled wall. The freely modelled interior of the coupe plate was poured with a mineral glaze specially developed by Stefanie Hering. This process, like the design of the haptic structure, can only be carried out purely by hand.

Silent Brass: Rim: finely polished bisque porcelain. Interior: glazed porcelain in a fine nude shade with freely modelled walls. The soft gold tone is the most discreet variant in the glaze range of the "Evolution" collection. On the other hand, it beautifully emphasises the interplay of natural vegetable shapes with the freely modelled structure of the plate's interior.

Obsidian: Rim: finely polished bisque porcelain. Inner mirror: black glazed porcelain with freely modelled wall. Designer Stefanie Hering deliberately did not want to inscribe a clear interpretation on the "Evolution" collection. But in no other design does the hand-modelled structure of the inner surfaces appear as mysterious as with the black Obsidian glaze.

Emerald: Rim: finely polished bisque porcelain. Interior: Green glazed porcelain with freely modelled wall. The intense green of the mineral emerald glaze directs the associations that the organic, hand-modelled structure of the interior of the plate evokes, above all into the floral realm.
