Table lamp emitting diffused light from within a white powder-coated steel structure sprayed with a unique Cocoon resin to form the diffuser and protected with a transparent spray finish. Cable features an electronic dimmer.

Gatto is a sculptural table lamp designed in 1960 by Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni. It features the signature Cocoon technique, in which a steel frame is sprayed with a soft, web-like resin. The duo began experimenting with this method in the 1950s after discovering its use in industrial applications. The result is a delicate yet durable surface that diffuses a warm, ambient glow. Named after the Italian word for cat, Gatto brings a quiet, luminous presence to any space.
