Lace is a collection of home décor pieces designed by young designer Jacopo
Simonetti. For this project, the boundaries of marble craftsmanship have been pushed to the limit, resulting in a collection of incredibly lightweight vases and centrepieces. The pattern, created by intertwining two different stones horizontally and vertically, is reminiscent of traditional Italian lace. In this collection, Arabescato marble intertwines with the vibrant Rosso Levanto marble and the lush Forest Green marble. The series comprises a centrepiece and two vases of varying sizes. Lace is a collection of unrepetable decorative objects as well as functional pieces for everyday use. Upon request, each piece in the collection can be tailored in terms of materials and size.
