The juxtaposition of this Classic Mediterranean home intertwines Contemporary details in this estate developed by a local Real Estate Mogul. Local Keystone cladding sets the tone of elegance, contrasted by Italian Travertine used throughout the interior of the house, rift cut oak paneling, and bespoke furniture throughout the home. The quintessential modern meets classic home done flawlessly.
GOLDEN BEACH ESTATE
Nestled in the waterways of Golden Beach, a Tropical Modern home is created. Turkish white limestone clads the exterior and interior of the structure, contrasted with Brazilian Cumaru on the exterior, and Italian Walnut in the interior. Smoked Dark bronze metals compliment the space, with dark European Marble cladding, light fixtures throughout from Italy, and furnishings from Portugal and Italy, framed by Belgian Linens throughout. The epitomy of luxury, simplicity, and elegance. The house is a masterpiece from every angle experienced, with a 120 foot long infinity pool at the rear, allowing for views of the waterways and sunrise each morning. Touches of inspiration from Bali, Thailand, and Europe all combine to make this home unique and special, and unlike any other.
EASTERN SHORES VILLA
This Contemporary Eastern Shores home is a balance of natural materials, textures and details. Turkish Black marble creates the overall base canvas of the space, where the complimenting general materials create a sense of warmth and elegance. European open grain white oak floors and ribbed panels set the general texture throughout the common areas. Accents of blue velvets, and blue woven wall textiles set the backdrop for the Furnishings from Italy, Denmark, and Belgium. Curated accessories from around the world add to the texture and character of the space. Every detail is carefully curated to add to the positive energy of the space, with particular detail to materiality, and sourcing of materials.
HARBOUR ISLAND VILLA
Harbour Island, known for it’s pink sandy beaches, aquamarine water, and warm seabreezes create the perfect escape for this tropical oasis. The waterfront home clad in coral stone, mixes traditional bahamian architectural details with contemporary touches. Handmade encaustic cement tiles create contrast to European Oak flooring, and surrounding coral stone. The home is adorned with lighting from Italy, The Pillippines, and England. Furnishings come from Italy and throughout Europe, as well as Australia. Specialty details envelop the house and create a special vibe, unique to the Bahamas, and the perfect escape from anywhere you might be.
PALM ISLAND NORTH
This spectacular Miami Beach home was completed in 2017 in Palm Island. Every detail of this showpiece has been meticulously curated and executed to portray a seamless level of contemporary luxury while letting the line between interior and exterior blur. A Granite driveway leads the way to a contemporary structure, adorned with teak details, architectural slats and a two story glass entry flanked by a textured marble waterfall.
HIBISCUS ISLAND
The cool calm collected Hibiscus Island residence in Miami Beach, Florida is another perfect example of understated contemporary elegance, completed in 2016. Warm wood tones combine with matte marbles and coral to provide a warmth and luxury in the tropics. Bespoke furnishings throughout the property add to the warmth and feel with a carefully selected collection of artifacts, artwork, and accessories. The combination is a feeling of casual luxury and a feeling of connectedness to the nature and bay surrounding the property. Complimented by lush coconut palms surrounding the home, the perfect feeling of balance is created – A True Urban Retreat.
PALM ISLAND EAST
This Palm Island home boasts East views of Miami Beach and Biscayne bay, mixing natural elements of nature, landscape, Black Limestone, and Teak wood. A true tropical oasis with contemporary Italian Interiors. Millwork from Italy, and furnishings all manufactured in Italy, carefully curated. Each piece is made for the home, with every detail tailored for the estate. No expense was spared in creating this masterpiece. Experience every element and the vibe and energy created from the masterful selection of materials, finishes and design.
JOURNEY'S END
This sprawling Estate in Coral Gables, Florida, completed in 2016 takes design cues reminiscent of the French countryside, bringing an old world feel in the ultra-cosmopolitan Miami. Towering Oak trees hug the property paving the way to a grand two story entrance. One is welcomed by a black Baccarat Crystal Chandelier overhead a one of a kind bespoke marble and marine blue cowhide table atop an intricately crafted asymmetric hand forged aluminum base. Every furnishing within the house was custom designed and intricately crafted to provide a clean understated elegance to compliment the architecture of the estate. Sumptuous Italian hand tufted leathers, ostrich skin lounge chairs, and marble elements complete the look. At dusk, the house glistens under the evening sky, surrounded by a nature preserve, one is completely immersed in the architectural beauty and nature throughout – The Perfect Escape.
HISTORIC MIAMI BEACH VILLA
This 1940s Miami Beach home has been carefully redesigned and renovated to bring modern touches to a historic home. Subtle timeless details, moldings, and patterns create a texture and a nod to the past. Herringbone floors, classic Arrabescato Marble, subway tile, and paneling add to the texture and ode to the past. Contemporary details, furnishings and lighting bring new light to the space, keeping it feeling fresh and current.
RITZ CARLTON MIAMI BEACH
Ritz Carlton is Synonymous to luxury and elegance. After being part of the design team with Pierro LIssoni to create the entire building, we were honored to design one of the individual units. This space is timeless, and a refresh of your typical classic “South Beach” style. Boffi Kitchens and bathrooms, compliment Salvatori Stone details and create the amazing vibe.
RED GINGER RESTAURANT
Red Ginger Restaurant, opened in 2015 in Miami Beach was truly a project driven on passion, inspired by myriad travels to Southeast Asia by designer Peter Oleck. Throughout these travels, Peter gathered myriad concepts and ideas that would directly evolve into the built environment that we see today.
BAKEHOUE BRASSERIE
The creative forces behind Bakehouse Brasserie, Peter Oleck and Heber Siqueiros, spent time in Paris studying the nuances of the culture, architecture, and people so they could create this Miami Beach eatery, which opened in 2016. Peter who designed the interior architecture of the space and finishes sought to create a space that was sexy, sophisticated, and chic, yet fun and playfully inviting at the same time. Venetian plastered walls in a smoked moss contrast the traditional French blue plastered walls on the bar. Traditional white wood moldings give an heir of elegance and a nod at the French elegance.
THE GALE HOTEL
The Gale hotel was at the forefront of Miami Beach Hotel Renovations paving the way for the “New Miami Beach.” Opened in 2012, Peter Oleck designed the Gale to be a departure from everything else on Miami Beach. He wanted to create something that was a bit darker, more inviting, more sexy, more intimate, and more sophisticated than the existing lot of hotels in Miami Beach, that are so often stark white, cold and uninviting.
THE SAN JUAN HOTEL
The San Juan Hotel, in Miami Beach, completed its renovation in 2016, opening the doors to a new completely redesigned fresh space. Peter Oleck carried out the redesign of the San Juan Hotel, seeking to create a space that was as stunning as casually inviting.
CORAL OAKS TENNIS CLUB
This multi million dollar renovation of a tennis club created new life for the Pinecrest neighborhood. Revamping the club to create a sanctuary for tennis and overall wellbeing. The facility boasts natural materials, sophisticated design, and custom detailing and furniture sourced from around the world. The space results in another escape from daily life facilitating mind, body and soul.
