Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturer's defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at sales@pietra-casa.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damage or defect.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will work with the manufacturer to provide a replacement, repair, or another appropriate resolution.

Please note that natural variations in color, texture, veining, grain, and finish are inherent characteristics of many of our handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
