Rina's intention is that an object should not impose its presence but rather evoke sensations - both visual and tactile - that are capable of stirring our deepest emotions.

Rina works with clay without ever considering herself a ceramic artist:

"Clay allows me to give three-dimensional form to where I am and who I am. It is a way of communicating with myself and, consequently, with others. My only concern is to honor the natural emergence of what already exists within us."

At her core, Rina is a purist of the soul. She loves to experience life through feeling. An alchemist of materials, she transforms everything she touches into beauty. 

"I have always felt the need to express the soul - to give voice to what I feel beyond the mind. Because I am in a constant state of inner transformation my creations reflect where I find myself in the moment of creation. Often only afterwards do I understand what my soul wished to express because nothing is rational; it is entirely instinctive."
